David Elmasian, Managing Partner and Co-Founder

I discovered my passion for technology back in 1982 when I first laid eyes on the original IBM PC. Since then, I’ve held numerous positions in the tech industry, and have found that I like nothing better than working with clients and mentoring my employees. I live on the south shore with my wife and two college-age sons, one of whom works with me.

Mike Delany, Partner and Co-Founder

Mike’s career in technology spans 20 years, which began with solving client’s residential computer issues, and has progressed to helping business owners leverage their investments in technology to drive business success.

As head of technology and service delivery for ASG, Mike brings a wide-range of technical expertise to the table and a passion for client satisfaction.

He also holds a B.S. in Finance & Economics from Bentley University and is an Air Force veteran.

When he isn’t working, his hobbies include: running, BJJ, reading, cooking, Sci-fi movies, video games, and investing.

Currently living in Plymouth, Ma with his wife Nicole and son Colin.

Matthew Matturro, Senior Certified Technician

Matthew Matturro has worked in IT for 10+ years and is certified in Mac Integrations by Apple. He works on all aspect of IT from end-user support, to infrastructure and cloud computing, as well as multiple domains in security, serving as our security expert.

As double husky, Matt holds a BS in Information Science and Business as well as an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Northeastern University. Originally from the New York area, Matt is an avid sports fan and enjoys the outdoors as much as being in front of the computer. He spends his free time traveling, both domestic and abroad, and keeping up with the latest in IT, consumer technology, and security.

Frank Leverone, Service Desk

Previously worked at Circuit City and Staples. I enjoy identifying problems in order to develop solutions for computers and electronics. (Employee Since 2013)

Our IT management service can serve as an outsourced technology “department” for small business and nonprofits, or can add capacity to your current IT department by providing day-to-day support for your employees and infrastructure.

ASG’s all-inclusive business IT services begin with CTO-level consultation. Each customer has a senior account manager that can provide CTO-level consulting to help your company navigate through the vast and ever-changing array of technology options and maximize the ASG platform to best meet your organizational goals. Our IT support team specializes in the technologies offered as part of the ASG platform, providing superior customer service by quickly addressing any issues and supporting employees as they become familiar with the platform. We also provide day-to-day managed IT services for your infrastructure by monitoring your network and protecting data with regular backups.

While our goal is to prevent problems before they occur, we understand that you may need IT support from time to time, so ASG provides user-initiated remote technical support for each of your employee’s desktops. When we can’t resolve an issue remotely, we send an engineer to your office as part of our managed IT services.

And if someone in your organization just needs a bit more IT support from our team – maybe synching a mobile device or setting up a remote office – we can do that too. We believe that when you and your employees can spend less time managing IT, more time is devoted to fulfilling your mission.
